The feature of UKG Pro I like the most is its strong analytics and reporting features. Because it has many tools and dashboards which provide very comprehensive reports to the HR which help them to see the talent of the employees, the performance gap between employees or teams and workforce trends. Another feature I like the most is the integration of many modules in one system like hiring process of the employee to joining the company and their analyze the employee performance metrics. All the modules are available in one UKG Pro Workforce Management platform and the enterprise does not have any other supporting platform for this.
After switching from an older system, the technology and data that I am able to see has saved me so much time.
The platform provides helpful and customizable dashboards to assist with everyday tasks and makes life much simpler. The UI is simple to navigate and therefore we were able to hit the ground running fairly quickly. UKG integrates well with other platforms, which made bringing this tool in and using it more seamless had it been without those integration points.
UKG Pro has many strong tools available for HR, but sometimes it is very difficult to generate custom reports or any specific analytics. Because it is a very big platform, it takes time to learn it fully. So, learning to generate custom reports or analytics takes a long time.
We have only been on the system for a short time, so I don't have any dislikes thus far. Of course as a super user there are always going to be things that you wish you could customisze and can't but they are very good at suggesting alternatives that work to your benefit.
As helpful as the integration points are, it would be nice to see UKG roll out more features within the platform so that we don't have to rely as much on integrations. The UI is simple to use, but it can be difficult to find things at time and so more documentation and trainings would be helpful. Writing reports could be made easier to.
