It has everything we need, all in one spot. The tool is easy to navigate and use.
Full suite of services for payroll, HRIS, and preboarding Large corporation with resources available for the development of additional products. Large integration base with other software partners related to HR.
Streamline recruitment to onboarding process, reporting on key internal expiries and easy of use.
The tool is not aesthetically pleasing and it's not easy to change certain personal information about yourself, although that might be a permissions thing. The turtles and buffalo mini game is cute, but random and unnecessary.
Lack of flexibility within the ATS. This has been improving over the past 12 months but still has more room for improvement. Prior to updates being released the system is extremely buggy and causes disruptions in day to day activities Customer Service - When submitting tickets, it often takes several days to receive a response and we would like to see more dedicated account managers that allow for relationships to be built. Currently we are randomly assigned help
That reporting is a bit more complex than I hope

Bad UI, Very Basic Functionality
Overall user experience is really bad. The calendars are not easy to navigate and neither are retracting previously made entries. All in all, a very bad UI.
