We love how customizable the fully integrated tool is for our organization and the investment that UKG makes in both supporting its customers with resources and innovating for the future. We are confident that UKG will be the partner we need well into the future.
1) The graphical user interface (GUI) is modern, highly configurable and relatively intuitive. 2) The alert notification system is robust, allowing for very specific automatic internal comms. 3) The custom dashboards have made it easy to set up views that are important to the end user.
The integration between UKG Ready and UKG Pro allows us to quickly enable our employee's timekeeping profiles including holiday schedules, accrual profiles, work schedules, etc. Employees can begin accessing UKG Ready almost immediately after setup.
As UKG has grown, response times to support cases are now longer than when we first began using the product - UKG is aware of the issue and does not shy away from acknowledging it and the resources in Community are robust to compensate. The exceptional customization of the product is a double-edged sword - it's great for our business, but a long learning curve for new system admins and available learning support tools can sometimes be too generic.
The credential/user records provision was sold as a solution to address our needs regarding critical/non-critical licenses, qualifications and tickets for staff. Whilst it mostly achieves this requirement, there have been a number of workarounds that we needed to do in order to get it working effectively.
One feature that we think could perform better is the fact that UKG Ready isn't available from the UKG Pro Mobile App. To use the mobile app, users must download both the UKG Pro and UKG Ready Mobile Apps but only ever login to the UKG Pro app. This is a cumbersome experience for the employees.
