I love how easily and seamlessly it integrates with my in-house tools and the UI-UX is just so intuitive.

We have not faced any difficulties with Unicommerce WMS so far.

- The lack of documentation for Self-help or knowledge transfer - Customer service is poor - Chat support is very time taking sometimes

Technology wise, the product meets the expectation. User friendly product not a hassle to use. This company really wins on the customer service aspect. They can do much better on chatbots & reports. Articles that are built for help are not really helpful as they do not have problem specific articles that can arise hence having a spoc is a must.
