Overall experience has been quite positive. We use Increff to manage inventory across both retail and digital channels (D2C). As our WMS, it does all the fundamentals fell and holds up real operational load with atmost accuracy and all processes can be smoothly done using their tools. Additionally, we have been exploring new projects with them such as common bin for return inventory, automation and merchandising software.

I have a good experience with SHIPSY warehousing management system, SHIPSY's WMS has added a lot of structure to our warehouse operation that wre didn't even know we lacked, The effect on how accurate orders are handled and how quickly they are sent out has been consistent and easy to measure.

it took a bit of getting used to, once we got used to it it did make a difference, it took some patience.
