The app is very intuitive. As a UX designer myself, I appreciate the app's easy navigation and the ability to understand user needs. I also value the amount of data about each user in their recorded sessions. This gives us plenty of context about the situation and has helped us identify many bugs. The home is very valuable since it's customizable. I like that I can get a brief resume as soon as I log in. The recorded session's filters are great! They work great when I have a very specific behavior I want to analyze.

As you can tell by the review, we were issued with the integration so I wish that it would've been easier and smoother. I wish we could use every single feature (for example identifying the crashes). We haven't been able to use uxcam to its full potential. We have had a few problems with seeing every single screen and tagging it with its corresponding event.
