Glassdoor has been overall positive and helpful, especially when researching companies and job applications. Glassdoor provides job seekers the opportunity to see employee reviews, salary ranges and interview experiences which provide a more clear view of the company's culture and expectations. However, some reviews from the employees can be outdated, biased and inconsistent which can make it difficult to fully trust the information provided.

We used Indeed as part of our recruitment strategy to enhance our employer presence and gain greater visibility among potential candidates. Our goal was to strengthen our employer brand and make it easier for candidates to learn more about our culture and work experience. The platform allowed us to collect and display employee reviews, which helped build trust during the hiring process. What added the most value was the visibility it offered to reviews and the ease of managing information related to company perceptions. We also observed an improvement in the quality of some candidates, as they arrived with a better understanding of our organization before starting the selection process. Furthermore, we increased qualified applications by almost 20% and reduced the overall hiring time by approximately 10%.

SEEK provides a huge number of job listings in a wide range of industries which makes it very useful for job search and narrowing down my options. The ability to filter not just by role but also location makes my search efficient without wasting any time. The location option lists specific suburbs too which I much appreciate and allows me to target remote roles or close to home. I find the user friendly and UI intuitive and the fact that SEEK has an app allows me to job search anytime , anywhere. The ability to set up salary expectations upfront also helps to filter out employers who might not be willing to pay my expected salary. The automatic email feature to receive weekly job updates helps to keep me posted on new job updates from my mailbox , without even having to search the tool.

While a great idea, the job listings are not very numerous. This might be due to lack of exposure.

Helps provide transparent insight into our company culture and leadership

Blind is easy to use but not my favorite interface. I get sort of confused when I'm in the app and wish it was laid out differently. That being said, it gets the job done and is easy to use for company reviews and research.

It has been a great way to strengthen our brand as an employer and connect with candidates who truly value culture and the overall well being of an employee. It is a way to provide useful insight into what matters most to job seekers and helps us as a company showcase what makes us a great place to work.
