It has a lot of capabilities, it makes pulling talent data easier once you have a dashboard created

Visier is extremely effective at bringing together various sources of information into a streamlined dashboard.

When you want to dig deeper in the data the options can be limited Sometimes the responsiveness to changes / support can be slow Price is high

There are a lot of potential roadblocks when pulling data, you usually need to escalate any issues to a SME as troubleshooting is not user friendly

Since we use multiple systems for clinical documentation and billing, it takes additional man power to ensure all of the data is aligned within Visier.
