It has a lot of capabilities, it makes pulling talent data easier once you have a dashboard created

The analytics are useful and the filters are robust enough to drill down into reporting lines and geographies.

When you want to dig deeper in the data the options can be limited Sometimes the responsiveness to changes / support can be slow Price is high

There are a lot of potential roadblocks when pulling data, you usually need to escalate any issues to a SME as troubleshooting is not user friendly
