Call quality and multiple device sync support. It supports a single sign-in feature that makes it easier to login with your official email address. It also supports text message facility. Teams massaging is the best feature in Vonage.
How easy it is to forward to other numbers How easy it is to make changes as an administrator Flexibility to create custom solutions within Vonage as an administrator
The app center is surprisingly deep - it plays nice with the tools we already use like Salesforce.
Vonage's paid call recording feature.
I wish there was ability to have more than one Super User on an account When troubleshooting SMS not working, support makes you provide multiple instances of exact date and times of instances not working. When becomes inconvenient for end user at times to gather. Virtual Receptionist sometimes break, and support doesn't have a great fix for it often at times. Requiring administrators to have to manually come up with work arounds/solutions.
The admin portal can be a bit of a maze sometimes.
