I like that you can send emails in bulk. At times we have a high influx of applications coming in and most of these need to be rejected, so instead of rejecting candidates individually, you can send out an email that will be tailored to fit the personal details of the applicant. I like the fact that it has stages where you can place candidates without having to write down their names which is time consuming. It also makes the line manager's job very easy by allowing me to filter out candidates I don't think are suitable and let the raters AKA the line managers only see the candidates I have shortlisted.
It has to be the sense of ease of use and the convenience it gives us as the talent team. It is the all in one stop shop for recruitment.
The video interview feature is super helpful when trying to gauge candidate soft skills
Nothing
Well, to be honest, there isn't much that I dislike about the product. Just some technical glitches that candidates experience when doing the video interviews and technical issues, as well as the functionality to just do assessments only on a project or candidate etc.
The only features we feel are currently missing are native integration and automated mapping. IE, alerting the internal team via slack. The other thing is possible and AI scoring vetting that could pre-rate applicants.
