What I like most about this product is how seamlessly it brings together messaging, calling, meetings and collaboration tools in one platform, which makes daily communication much more efficient and smoother for my team. The interface can feel slightly complex for first time users due to the number of features available and also some of the advanced settings in the configurations are not immediately intuitive without prior experience. Performance can be affected in low bandwidth network environments, especially during video heavy sessions.
What I dislike most about the Webex Suite is that the initial setup and installation can feel a bit complex, especially for new users or those working with slower networks which we often face. My team has also experienced occasional lag or connectivity drops during larger meetings, which interrupts the workflow.
