Though we had a few issues getting the recurring payments to work correctly, the product has been solid and worked as it should otherwise. It was very quick to stand up and was mostly handled by the sales/marketing team.

I am a busy Sysadmin. All I had to do was stand up a wordpress server and hand it off to the sales and marketing team. I was expecting to have to intervene, but they were able to set it up unassisted. I pop in monthly to make sure everything is being updated (it rarely is, but the sales guys don't really have security at the forefront of their minds) and everything is working as intended.

Quick to connect to potential clientelle.

Woocomerce is user friendly and easy to understand.

There were issues with billing the card set up with the account. I am still not 100% sure if it was the providers fault as I was not directly involved, but several times when I went to update the account said it was not paid, and when I went after the team they said there was an issue with the card.
