Workday Platform Likes & Dislikes

Comprehensive and in-depth reporting and search functionality that can house years of historical transactions. The search function is excellent and the reports are straightforward to set up. Pretty user friendly and does not require extensive training.

- The branching; it has a a solution to absolutely most of the needs of the company - It's intuitive for the user - How it integrates the information from Adaptive Planning and viceversa.

Permissions and access are extremely complicated and difficult to maintain. An organization will need multiple dedicated WorkDay experts in order to enable the tool for the company. The complexity makes user permission management quite unsustainable.

- Workday could integrate AI some more into the system. - The Journal Lines Report could be more intuitive to generate
