Workfront provides a really stable foundation for most businesses, that is reasonably flexible. Workfront is a great system, which I have around 4-5 years of experience with and I feel confident in saying that you could easily pick a worse project management system. Workfront provides quite a bit of features, some reasonable integrations, and mediocre support. Where Workfront falls short is keeping up with the marketplace; there are many other options out in the sector that have better documentation, more integrations, and most importantly more flexibility.
