I like the clear and intuitive dashboards the best.The user interface is super simple and smooth.Seamlessly integrates with other tools like Jira, Slack, etc.Great for project planning and easy tracking progress. For a fledgling organization, Workfront is a great tool mainly because the structure of your work is pre-determined. Most orgs that I've contracted with to do a complete workflow build out have no idea what the ideal path looks like for how work should ideally progress. Providing some scaffolding is helpful in those instances. They have a somewhat extensive network of vendors that you can work with to assist in your Workfront build out, and for the most part, Workfront should be exactly what ~ 80% of most organizations will ever need.
It allows me to manage my project related things such as tasks, deadlines in one single place also i can easily assign any task to my team members and can look at the status of work.
Workfront is a complex product that can be overwhelming - especially for new users slowing adoption.
Workfront has some built-in guiderails that must be followed. If those rails are abandoned or are not amenable to your structure, then you're plum out of luck. Another thing I'd be remiss not to mention is their lack of documentation. Workfront has a pseudo scripting language that operates behind every automation or procedure and learning that language and all of its eccentricities was something that took a considerable amount of time given that there was zero documentation on it. Their API is also fairly mysterious, but in the past few years it seems that's been ameliorated.
The interface is overloaded because there are too many buttons available and also the options in the mobile version are limited as compared to the desktop version.
