Now I can manage my projects and tasks related such as approval and requests in one single place so I don't need to worry about managing different sheets and looking for emails.
1. Managing multi step projects across divisions. collaboratively. 2. Sharing data and reports with multiple stakeholders at the organization. 3. The ability to make custom forms to best fit with the type of project that is being collaborated on. 4. The built in update tool allows for great communication and collaboration to be attached to individual projects instead of just discussed in Email/Slack/Teams.
Now the project planning is smooth and easy and I can track the progress on the tasks I assign to my teammates. Whole Team can collaborate on a project which is helpful.
The user interface is not so modern and feels outdated. Also, when the project contains a lot of data, the performance decreases.
1. proofing/approvals integration/UX - theres a lot of great things about the proofing tool which allows for maximizing collaboration efforts on content, but it seems like a confused product, it acts as a somewhat separate app and with adobe tools having proofing abilities that aren't connected seems like a miss, as well as not integrating pieces of frame.io, its like adobe has 3-4 proofing tools that don't talk to each other and the worst one of them is in Workfront. 2. Text mode for reporting, in this day and age there could easily be more emphasis and wysiwyg connectivity in the reports, but its needlessly complicated, and while we end up using it for some things they seem like theyre very basic and should not require a level of basic coding 3. layout control, two weeks ago this wouldnt have been number 3, but i think the completely botched their new home page release, not giving admins control to build it as templates or turn of the banner for it asking users to switch to the new home, and by default turning it on at launch. it messed a lot of things up.
While handling the large projects it compromised the performance and the interface is kind of complicated.
