The chat feature is inbuilt in workplace. Notifications and alerts. We can view it on our mobile device.
Requires a lot of admin and behind the scenes work. More tools for project customisation would be great. The app can be glitchy at times.
The searching previous message takes a lot of time. so it's wasting our time. the timeline seems confusing when we are added more members to the groups.it is difficult to track new posts or timelines.
Calling could be improved, Notifications system needs to be improved.
