The product offers a database of all present and past applicants. It also has a set of rules to filter the data, AI based tools to scan CV and pull information. The software also has a custom rule to make rules for each process of recruitment. The software also provides an integrated careers page with chatbot to filter applicants immediately.

Maybe there are some services missing that could be interesting when recruiting

Zappyhire struggles to integrate complex schedules and manual tweaks are required sometimes.

The software requires custom integration and may not be plug and play with other softwares. Customisation is complex and not user friendly to configure for first time user, however the support team maps your requirements and configures it to your requirements.

The support team is really knowledgeable and know the industry to help with the integration. Product demo was tuned to showcase all the features that would help to cut down the costs of recruitment and automate most of the steps which helps to save the time. The candidate filter view shows the funnel of all the candidates who are dropped out of each stage, along with a score to see who is leading.
