How clean, intuitive and frictionless it is. Scheduling just works, no unnecessary steps, no clutter, no overcomplicated settings. And the free tier is rich enough to make sure anybody can try out the full features (well, almost!). All in all it's fast, elegant and simply makes my life easier - be it organising a conf call with multiple people, setting up sales demos or organising 1-on-1s with my colleagues and team pals.
The free version is pretty good but again, without the multiple time options I had trouble using this.
The quick and easy approach to the design and no-nosense look of the resulting page. Clients gave only positive feedback about the overall apperance and experience with making an appointment.
There isn't much to dislike, honestly. If I have to point out something, probably a bit more flexibility in configuring settings for advanced users would be welcome. And the integration with multiple calendars is still not fully ironed out.
limited time options
We didn't figure out how to use all domain for the invites, it looks like such a thing is not included in the tool. Some of the customization features are a bit limited, but I hope they will be improved in the future.
