The simplicity of scheduling is what I find most impressive about Zoho Bookings. The interface setup is quick and clean. Everything syncs seamlessly with calendars. The automated reminders are more beneficial because they cut down on no-shows and save a ton of follow up work, the automated reminders are more benificaial. Overall, it simply makes scheduling appointments less stressful and more efficient.
I love the simple layout of the booking page. I also like how easy it is to add consultants to the booking page very easily.
The interface is very intuitive, making it quick to set up services, availability and booking links without needing much training. It connects smoothly with Zoho CRM, calendar allowing me to manage client appointments and follow ups in one place. The automated email and sms reminders significantly reduce no shows and save time on manual communication.
What I dislike most about Zoho Bookings is that some of its functions feel a bit limited or require more extra steps to setup. Sometimes the interface feels a little slow and some customization options are not flexible. It's nothing major, but improving these areas would make the experience much smoother.
It has limited integrations and calendar sync is confusing at times, the rest is all good about the product.
The booking page design could be more flexible to better match our company's branding. The app can sometimes be slow to load or sync with updates made on the desktop version. The analytics and reporting tools are quite basic - more detailed insights on bookings and cancellations would be more helpful.
