User friendly interface for beginners. Automation & analytics made easier with this app. Email marketing, social media, analytics & automation in one place.
The marketing automation tools and the integrated analytics are my favorite parts.
Sometimes it gets slow and takes time to load pages, the reports are not very deep and the built-in templates are very limited.
Customer support response time could be improved. Steep learning curve for executing the advanced features. Mobile app functionality is limited I felt.
I feel like I do not yet understand all the advanced features, so there is a harder learning curve here that is difficult to understand on your own.
