Zoom phone is reliable in calling customers/prospects it doesn't have the network issue or logging issue. This is recommendable to use especially for an SDR cold calling roles
I love that the contact center has transcripts and that I can review the calls for accuracy immediately
Simplicity of use, AI feature for call summaries ans also the quality os support provided by the Zoom team Brazil.
What I don't like about the feature of zoom phone is when I call a local number for example, Philippines, it generate random number caller and it could be a possible spam number to the prospects that I am calling. Hoping that it could fix the random numbers that being generate and show instead my default number
Seems that a big corp could do what the smaller company we had doing already but was a big mess and took months to get things accomplished. It is always a meeting to handle things when it does not need to be a whole meeting just an email
The use of third-party SIP is limited and it is still not possible to restrict the use of the App by day and time.
