Ease of implementation and use, reliability and call quality, scalability and administrative flexibility. Once the initial setup was done, it was very smooth to use thereafter.
I love that the contact center has transcripts and that I can review the calls for accuracy immediately
Zoom phone is reliable in calling customers/prospects it doesn't have the network issue or logging issue. This is recommendable to use especially for an SDR cold calling roles
Based on our experience, larger boardroom environments required more microphones than anticipated to ensure all participants were clearly heard. While this did improve audio quality, the additional hardware impacted the overall table aesthetics and wasn't as clean of a setup as we would have preferred.
Seems that a big corp could do what the smaller company we had doing already but was a big mess and took months to get things accomplished. It is always a meeting to handle things when it does not need to be a whole meeting just an email
What I don't like about the feature of zoom phone is when I call a local number for example, Philippines, it generate random number caller and it could be a possible spam number to the prospects that I am calling. Hoping that it could fix the random numbers that being generate and show instead my default number
