We can fix the appointments based on patient availability and busy schedules. I can easily screen share my dietary plans and nutrition information, effectively its screen sharing features are robust. It easily simplifies remote consultations, bridging the gap between me and my patients. I have effective collaboration with chefs, I can easily inform them the food recipe and meal plan for each and every patient.

The Zoom Room systems have been extremely unstable for us. They either require frequent reboots or will crash mid-call when making basic system changes. When compared to competitor solutions, the Zoom Room devices are lacking both in quality and features. Advanced settings, adjustments and remote support are greatly missing from the Zoom Room line of equipment. Too much finger pointing. If something is not working right we have had Zoom tell us to reach out to the 3rd party manufacturer. When reaching out to said manufacturer, they respond that the feature works as designed, except for when Zoom overrides the native feature. They then have us go back to Zoom to change the behavior.
On peak days like Monday and Saturday the OPD will be busy, so during that time the app lags and hangs, it will be really frustrating at the time. I feel it has limited customization options for meetings, some are like restrictive. mobile version doesn't have all the same features as the desktop app, only basic features are available in it.
