I like the software's simplicity and compatibility. The product is easy to deploy and implement. Cost-effectiveness and availability of an intuitive interface. Ability of the software to record meetings and webinars. This makes it possible to use the content from recorded webinars for feature reference.
When I'm invited to a Zoom meeting and provided with a link to attend via browser.
It is very easy to use, with a simple interface. I enjoy the interactive capability, with polls and gestures. I feel it works best with larger audiences that require frequent checks to make sure everyone is engaged.
Spam calls have been a major challenge during the software implementation. The security systems of the product are so ineffective.
The fact that too many companies rely on Zoom although it's not one of the safest solutions.
I find that the application will sometimes freeze when presenting slides, beyond just a delay in changing a screen.
