The simplicity of the product, as well its multiple utilities help in ensuring it is a very likeable product. It also integrates well within zoom meetings and can be brought up at any point during a meeting.
Easy to access in meeting and display to all participants. Quick to find past whiteboards and share as needed.
It enhances the brainstorming session as our team can draw on the digital canvas so everyone stays on the same page. It is a built in tool in Zoom so there is no need to download any extra tool for the work.
Nothing to really dislike about this product. It serves its purpose well! Would be great if we could get more AI driven features and auto captures as well.
I don't really see a benefit to using Whiteboard over other collaboration tools. Only one person can edit/control at a time, so how is it different from sharing a screen and turning control over to another attendee? Just don't have a lot of use cases in my meetings and webinars.
If the session gets lengthy it gets messy also the mobile app does not offer all the features which are available on the desktop.
