Recently they added Hide Feature for the numeric values in regard to Salary info that is the first one which I like the most. Second one is the document downloading in pdf at every step which really helps to store the doc safely for future reference. And third, not the least is the availability of all relevant information regarding payroll including CTC and other useful forms are always available for every month.
Smart compliance is helpful and easy to use. I like that I can stop payments on my own or reverse direct deposits. Field grabber is very useful.
One of the best features of ADP is the reporting capability. The reports are dynamic and easy to customize, and we use those features almost daily. Payroll processing is another significant strength of the platform. ADP has been able to handle our tax registration and filing which has taken the burden off of our team. Finally, ADPs benefits capabilities are by far some of the best we have seen compared to other platforms. We are able to set up file feeds to transmit data to our carriers, and employees are able to self-serve and submit life events or check their benefits directly.
Not a major one, really. Until some time ago I did not like that just after login all the numbers and figures were visible on screen so we really cannot open the portal in office and in front of everyone however since now that has been resolved it is quite perfect. Second, sometimes I can see that on few navigation full screen is not visible and showing in vertical format which looks bit not good, however rest all is perfect.
I don't like that we need two company codes just because we have two pay schedules. (Biweekly and Monthly). I would like to attach scheduled earnings to an employee profile. For example, 100.00/month for 4 months, 1/1/25-4/30/25. Currently I have to manage these types of payments on worksheets.
We do operate internationally, and currently we have two separate logins for the two countries. We also have two separate account managers depending on the country. This also prevents us from reporting off of both countries within the same report, so it causes extra work for our team.
