I have really enjoyed working with 6sense. The onboarding experience was excellent. It was well-structured from the start, and the team was flexible, adapting to the pace that was most comfortable for us. Our assigned CSM has been fantastic, and we specifically requested one in the same timezone to make communication easier. The team took that into consideration when assigning our CSM, which has made a big difference.

Data is often incorrect, especially at the individual user level, which makes it difficult to trust the product, or make important decisions based off of it. I find that the purchasing stage does not often correlate to any sort of actual sales cycle, and I believe I have wasted a good amount of team reaching out to accounts based on this data, that never really had a need The SFDC dashboards are convoluted and difficult to read. Too much noise The account team is willing to hop on calls whenever needed for our sales team. Overall, I use this product as a way to prioritize prospecting and sales cycle efforts.

    I use 6sens every day. It helps me understand what I am targeting providing info on potential buyers. I have tweaked it to show all accounts searching for words related to our business, companies checking out our website, ad those in the consideration or buying stage based on 6sens intel. This approach helps me pinpoint which companies to target and what is urgent. It really works. I have booked a ton of meetings labeled as great opportunities.

Like

I really appreciate that 6sense is an intent-based tool. My team and I no longer have to 'throw things at the wall and see what sticks'. We now have clear insights into the buyer's intent, timeline, profile fit, and more. This kind of data has been a game-changer for us in building the sales pipeline. We can now set our pipeline goals for the quarter and work backward from there, eliminating the guesswork and allowing us to make accurate predictions

Account management team is responsive Used as a guideline for making decisions on how I want to prioritize my time across my accounts Slack insights are easily accessible and simple

Seamless interface and a strong support team that makes using the platform easy.

Dislike

One aspect I don't particularly like is that there isn't an option to account for an ICP that may not be relevant to the business at the moment, but is surely a target for the future. This is a situation where you might want to focus on a new audience, but without losing sight of your original ICP, which still represents your core segment where you can still win.

Dislike

Data Integrity - often incorrect, which makes it difficult to trust the product and make decisions on prioritizing my time based off of it. Sales cycle stages on predictive model do not always correlate to any sort of real need at the prospect/customer it is suggesting is ready to buy. SFDC dashboards are very noisy and overly detailed with info on marketing campaigns

Dislike

Have experienced some integration and data-syncing issues, but they are always prioritized and resolved quickly.
