Acumatica uses data to give us the information we need when we need it, and the flexibility to tailor the experience to each role.
No direct selling, you have to purchase through 3rd party partners and if partner is not good you may have issue in start.
Customer service is not helpful - we found an issue with their shipping software where it is outputting documentation that is essentially illegal and were told that it is working as designed. We sell packages of products as bundles and there is not good way to do this in the system. Packing slips will list every item in the BOM -including packaging and stickers- for bundles which is a nightmare for clarity and international shipping. We are unable to do something as simple as have our customers prepay an order before shipping. The B2B portal is terrible, confusing to customers and no visibility on our end.
Their report designer has many limitations which requires a lot of creative thinking to get the results needed.
