Adobe Campaign offers very comprehensive marketing analytics features which provide us with insights that help us to make informed decisions on how to improve our marketing campaigns. It also has task automation features which help us to speed up repetitive tasks like sending our marketing emails in bulk and responding to requests from our leads. Adobe Campaign provides very powerful data security and privacy features which allow us to keep our audience safe from malicious links and attachments during email marketing campaigns.

In comparison, I've found this platform to be an excellent email marketing software that's intricate and well thought out. The ready-to-use templates are a boon especially in my case where I have to rely on an HTML designer to make templates on the fly. Moreover, Adobe campaign has an excellent algorithm that predicts audience behavior and helps in targeting relevant audiences efficiently and effectively.

I am able to tailor messages for business clients, prepaid users or high value customers which makes communication feel more relevant and improves engagement.

Dislike

We have been able to achieve all that we hoped for with Adobe Campaign and we have not discovered anything that we do not like.

Dislike

The steep learning curve can be a deterrent especially if one has not previously worked on an email marketing platform. Besides this, the support team is pretty much nonexistent as it takes days to get a reply. It's a shame especially if you are paying such a high cost for the platform.

Dislike

The platform can feel complex for smaller businesses or first time users. Setting up workflows and advanced campaigns somwtimes require technical knowledge and the interface may feel overwhelming initially.
