I love how I can create email campaigns using Adobe Campaign which helps me to personalize the message as per the behavior of the audience which is really good also I can automate the workflow so no need to do it manually.

In comparison, I've found this platform to be an excellent email marketing software that's intricate and well thought out. The ready-to-use templates are a boon especially in my case where I have to rely on an HTML designer to make templates on the fly. Moreover, Adobe campaign has an excellent algorithm that predicts audience behavior and helps in targeting relevant audiences efficiently and effectively.

It has great multichannel campaign feature which makes sure I can do marketing on SMS and other also it has advanced personalization which has a great effect on the engagement.

Dislike

I noticed that the integration with non Adobe systems is not so easy and setting up the campaign also requires time and effort.

The steep learning curve can be a deterrent especially if one has not previously worked on an email marketing platform. Besides this, the support team is pretty much nonexistent as it takes days to get a reply. It's a shame especially if you are paying such a high cost for the platform.

The interface is not so user friendly especially for new users. While handling large workflow it affects the speed of the software.
