    Using Adobe Campaign has been quite the journey. it is a very powerful tool, especially for managing complex campaigns across different channels like email and SMS. Once you get thee hang of it, you can do almost anything, but I'll admit it feels a bit heavy and "old school" sometimes compared to newer apps. It definitely takes some time to master it properly.

One of the strong features of Adobe Campaign is its powerful email automation. Companies can easily create journeys for customers, schedule campaigns and based on the past behaviour of customers automatically send emails. I like this feature of Adobe Campaign very much. Because of this feature, teams save a lot of manual work and this also improves marketing efficiency. Another feature of Adobe Campaign I like most is that it easily manages large scale email campaigns. Without any difficulty it sends millions of emails to the large lists provided by the companies and it does not create any performance problems. Another feature of Adobe Campaign which attracts me is its subscription management. Through subscription management, companies can decide which type of emails they want to receive from Adobe and they also set their own communication preferences and consent tracking which increases the trust between businesses and Adobe.

Saves me a lot of manual work by letting me schedule everything in advance, keeps all customer info in one spot so I don't have to jump between different apps, very reliable once the setup is finished it sends things out exactly when it's supposed to
