Using Adobe Campaign has been quite the journey. it is a very powerful tool, especially for managing complex campaigns across different channels like email and SMS. Once you get thee hang of it, you can do almost anything, but I'll admit it feels a bit heavy and "old school" sometimes compared to newer apps. It definitely takes some time to master it properly.

Being able to coordinate a message across email, mobile and direct mail in one workflow is great. The way you can use data to personalize every little detail of a message is really impressive. I love the visual map for building journeys; it helps to see exactly how the logic flows from one step to the next.

Saves me a lot of manual work by letting me schedule everything in advance, keeps all customer info in one spot so I don't have to jump between different apps, very reliable once the setup is finished it sends things out exactly when it's supposed to

The interface can be very overwhelming at first, there are just too many buttons and menus everywhere. Sometimes the platform feels a bit sluggish when you are working with very large data sets or complex schemas. You usually need a technical person to help with the initial configuration because it's not exactly plug and play.

The menus are confusing, it's hard to find simple settings because there are so many buttons, it's really expensive, smaller teams might struggle to justify the monthly cost for what it does, it also runs slow sometimes the screens take a few seconds to load, which gets annoying when I'm in the rush.

One of the main limitation is the weaker than expected integration with the Adobe stack. Also the overall user experience could be more streamlined especially for analytics and HTML editor.

As a CRM, Adobe Campaign does perform quite well, particularly in terms of allowing high levels of personalisation across different campaigns. The ability to properly segment different audience cohorts is also very good. However, in my opinion, it isn't very user friendly and requires more time to understand and use effectively than other CRMs.
