Adobe Campaign made my experience very well now i can automate my campaigns which saves me a lot of time the report campaigns analytics which helps me to see what is working better and it integrates well with Adobe Analytics and other tools.

“Adobe Campaign - poor quality and experience”

Adobe solution support provides very poor service. They are not able to solve basic problems with the solution and it takes them time to be able to provide any answer. Adobe Campaign is a very buggy tool, which makes it nearly impossible to use for daily operations without the necessity to contact support to solve the bugs. It lacks some basic functionalities as for B2B marketing automation tool. I would not recommend this tool.
