Managing complex, data-driven CRM campaigns. Enabling advanced segmentation and workflow orchestration at scale.

Saves me a lot of manual work by letting me schedule everything in advance, keeps all customer info in one spot so I don't have to jump between different apps, very reliable once the setup is finished it sends things out exactly when it's supposed to

I love how I can select the audience segment which means the right people can get the targeted message. I can connect it with other adobe tools which makes everything much smoother. It works great for any size of team and can handle complex campaigns.

Dislike

One of the main limitation is the weaker than expected integration with the Adobe stack. Also the overall user experience could be more streamlined especially for analytics and HTML editor.

Dislike

The menus are confusing, it's hard to find simple settings because there are so many buttons, it's really expensive, smaller teams might struggle to justify the monthly cost for what it does, it also runs slow sometimes the screens take a few seconds to load, which gets annoying when I'm in the rush.

Dislike

Its integration with non Adobe tools is not so smooth and not so easy. The interface is not so straight forward and hard to learn.

    Effective Multi-Channel Campaign Management Tempered by Difficult Interface and High Price

    As a CRM, Adobe Campaign does perform quite well, particularly in terms of allowing high levels of personalisation across different campaigns. The ability to properly segment different audience cohorts is also very good. However, in my opinion, it isn't very user friendly and requires more time to understand and use effectively than other CRMs.

    Adobe Campaign offers multi-channel campaigns such as SMS, push notifications, email and social from one platform so there is no need to use multiple tools. Using the automation feature I can cut down the repetitive steps so lesser time can be spent.
