Our overall experience with Adobe Commerce has been very positive. The platform has supported our scale and provide the flexibility needed to build and operate complex commerce experiences. It is feature-rich, secure, and highly customizable, with multiple hosting options and the ability to support both traditional and modern architecture patterns. We have been able to use Adobe Commerce as a full-stack commerce platform, as the commerce engine behind headless frontends, and as the backend for mobile application experiences. It also supports both monolithic and composable approaches, allowing the architecture to evolve as the business needs change. Flexible platform with valuable AI features, but costing models limited
Overall, my experience with Adobe is very positive. Platform is flexible and offers wide range of possibilities. Especially through the Market place which allows to extend and adapt solutions that we need. Collaboration with Adobe team was also very smooth. Especially with our Account Executive Otto who is responsive, helpful and quickly addresses our questions/needs. Additionally AI functionalities as Sensei are bringing great value to our business.
