The reports are easy to access the metrics are easy to understand so that you can optimize your campaigns effectively.
It offers automation which is really helpful for me as it manages the multiple campaigns on its own and it can also do multiple channel marketing such as email, web and others from one single place.
Interface of the software is very old outdated style and a bit clunky and for the new users it is leading to steep learning curve also setting campaigns takes too much time to open this.
Could be easier to deploy and to manage on an ongoing basis. Processes can be a little complex at times, which requires users to search for solutions in the Marketo community forums.
I would the price is too high as you add on things also the user interface is confusing and kind of outdated.
