One drawback of ADP Time & Attendance is that the mobile app can be slow and occasionally unresponsive. Some advanced features have a steep learning curve for new users. Additionally, customer support response times can be inconsistent, which can delay issue resolution.

Graphical Timesheet Reporting and SSO Integration Enhance Workplace Time Management
I am a user of this product at my workplace, it's simple and does what it's intended to in a clear way. Report hours in a graphical way and review your timesheets before approving them. Also, it's very easy to visualize the approval flow of time off days (requested, approved, rejected). Integration with SSO is also a good point so there is no need to remember any special account for access this application. Medical leave and bank holidays are helpful for planning ahead for your days off. I can only complain that Approved and to Approve timesheets are limited to the month before the current and a month after the current one, you need to go and manually select the time range if for example you want to review the approved vacations in the upcomin two months. - MANAGER<50M USDMiscellaneousReview Source
