My journey with Automation Anywhere (V2019, A 360) has been transformative. Integrating with Automation Anywhere has been a game changer. Transitioning from basic desktop automation to a cloud-native RPA environment allowed us to scale our automation efforts faster than anticipated and the platform strikes the perfect balance. It offers the technical depth needed for complex integrations while providing a low-code or no-code intuitive interface for business analysts or for someone who is new to coding. The shift from, traditional code heavy practices to a streamlined drag and drop methodology while retaining the flexibility to integrate with Python, Java and VBS has revolutionized how we connect with mission-critical systems like SAP (Concur, ECC, SCM), Callidus, Salesforce, and specialized government platforms like GSTROBO Portal. To maximize ROI, we leverage the platform's ability to bridge legacy on-premises systems with native applications. The low-code feature helps to build a Center of Excellence (COE) that includes Business Analysts in the early design phase, this significantly reduces the requirement for deployment cycle time. When working with Government Portals or legacy ERP's, we can utilize the platform's native connectors rather than custom UI scraping to ensure bot resilience during third-party site updates. Automaton 360's web-based control room allows for real-time monitoring and deployment from any location, which has been vital for our geographically distributed team.
