APA showed a new direction to enhance the core offering. APA gives the vision to enhance existing automation use cases and think about use cases beyond classic RPA.

The ease of building and scaling automations across different business units. We were able to go from a few initial bots to nearly 50 without major architectural changes. The platform's ability to integrate with legacy systems was critical for us. We also value the realiability in unattended execution, our bots run consistently and have freed up over 100 hours per month of manual effort, which translates directly into cost savings exceeding $XXXK anually in key processes.

- Platform complexity at scale, particularly as capabilities expand, which can increase operational overhead and require stronger governance. - Upgrade and change management friction, where platform evolution sometimes introduces stability, compatibility, or re-validation efforts impact delivery timelines. - Learning curve and skill depth requirements, especially for advanced AI features, which necessitate ongoing enablement and close collaboration to ensure consistent adoption.

    Customer service was excellent, and the ability to use tokens to receive training was valuable. The tool has many useful features that cover a broad range of applications. I would rate it a five star, but there are limitations to the available apps. There is an app store that could contain viable solutions though.

    As a product Automation Anywhere is a full house ecosystem for Automation and now tagging along with AI with Agentic Capabilities. Its been a challenging and fun ride using their Agentic AI Capabilities with traditional RPA. They gel up in a easier manner which helps the developers to quickly integrate the solutions. The AI Skills have been a saviour for us where we weren't able to extract information with the help of logics, regex.
