“Customer Support Elevates Product Experience Despite Initial Hurdles”
When we signed the contract we had a hard time integrating it into to our operations, meaning we spent a lot of money for very little value. We have since then received a lot of support and attention from their customer facing team and the experience is now very good. One downside that we noticed when we started to use the product is that there are a few bugs popping up here and there in the product that we have purchased which is not good.

A complete and high-performing multi-channel CRM platform, particularly effective for segmentation and campaign activation, but whose ease of use and certain features are not completely intuitive and still require support and expertise.
Overall, we are satisfied with the Airship platform, which we use daily for our CRM activations and multichannel campaigns. The tool is feature-rich, but its full potential is strongly linked to the support of the Airship team dedicated to our account, as well as the maturity of our internal teams in its use and configuration.
