In regards to project orchestration, the interface designer and gantt views help us easily visualize project flows to ensure we are staying on track with key milestones. We've also been able to automate repetitive tasks such as notifying teams when a brief is ready to save time and reduce emails/chat communication notifications.
Collaboration features are great, speed of adoption is very good, and the ease of use make it a very useful tool for running small scale projects
I love how Airtable combines the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the power of a database. For marketing teams, it's great to manage content calanders or campaigns. There are different views such as Kanban, calendar or gallery, which help visualize progress and stay aligned across channels. Automations save tons of manual work - for example, auto-notifying designers when copy is approved. The integrations with tools like Slack or Google Drive are also big help in connecting all data points.
I don't love the pricing structure, the free version lacks a lot of functionality that my team needed.
needs a little bit of configuration to get working, the templates didnt quite work for us, integrations and automations are very useful
The price can add up quickly once more people need editing access. The mobile app is also limited in functions compared to web desktop app. Some automations or scripts require deep technical expertise, so can feel intimidating at first.
