What I liked the most is the filter option that it provides. I also liked the function to upload the csv file and it shows various data about the prospect. Thirdly, I like that the free version itself gives so much credit, unlike some other tools in the industry, and on the paid version it is economical.
We love that Apollo makes it easy to manage the entire buyer pipeline from one platform. Also the ability to ask any question for up to 15 calls at a time is very helpful.
The phone number enrichment feature has been extremely beneficial for my inside sales team, which conducts about 90% of our outreach over the phone. Apollo's mobile phone number sourcing has improved significantly in the last year of using this, in my opinion.
There are some things in Apollo that I am displeased with. One of them being that whenever I want to edit a filter it does the search without me completing applying filters. I also don't like the fact that sometimes the import button doesn't work.
Mobile phone data seems to be of hit or miss quality. My sales reps spend a lot of time complaining about data quality and often use other tools to get the info they need.
It hasn't always been the easiest to get quick answers from customer support.
