Great breadth of services and products.
Maturity of the Care Coordination documentation and management capabilities. Our organization had spent several years with several other vendor products that claimed to provide the PHM capabilties, but many of the stated capabilties were developed by the vendor IT but once the application was in end user operations there were numerous basic issues. Athena's product had multiple years use by care coordinators and quality managers so we didn't experience the nunances that are experienced with products that appear great based on marketing and demonstration but end up requiring multiple basic updates to support end user daily operations.

Updates with new enhancements occur frequently, which are beneficial but many of our clinical users are not technically proficient and appear to initial raise questions by the clinical end users.
