I like DX survey as it is an opportunity for people to remember and provide information about their pain points. It is also an excellent tool to provide feedback to stakeholders about engineering quality progress. I enjoy as a team member because we see what is the most important point to address. As a DevEx member, I enjoy being able to use statistics to argue what and why we need to improve for stakeholders. We also use DX Catalog, which I find especially easy to configure. With proper design solutions, it's easy for administrators to look after. While there are some areas that lack out of the box graphs/charts, the AI supported SQL allows to easily create custom dashboards. I enjoy as DevEx team member because it provides support for our initiatives (scorecard) and as an engineer because it provides easily accessible information about the teams. Jellyfish is a powerful tool for consuming data from Jira, Github, Bitbucket, etc. and translating it into metrics that my dev teams and I can use to measure and manage productivity. They recently added a feature to measure "AI Impact" that has been very useful for us. We also use it to capture and track software capitalization for our Finance team. The toolset is complex, but Jellyfish provides a lot of support, training materials, etc. and are very responsive. We have a very active relationship with our account manager.
