Email campaigns are very easy to use and reporting is top tier. We were able to report reports on clicks per link, unsubscribed, and those who didn't open the email. Our replacement wasn't able to do that. We can also easily customize landing pages for events, as well as manage the data from the backend.

Client support is somewhat lagging. There are instances where we have to continuously follow up with something we need. However, I feel that it was due to changes within their organization that somehow had a slow turnaround during that time.
Time taken to develop and deliver any new custom work is incredibly long. Also, not a big fan of how they can a separate fee for some of their new features which should ideally be free for a recruiting platform.
we were sold (or maybe we only asked for) the bare minimum so we liked the price, and have later found a lot of add on cost to get what we need.
