BambooHR is a very good platform to handle HR tasks like all employee data, hiring process, attendance details, and performance analytics of the employees without doing manual work on many spreadsheets. Also, BambooHR is very easy to use and HR teams and employees can easily use it without much difficulty. Compared to big enterprise systems, BambooHR does not take much time and money to setup and it is ideal for the lighter HR tasks.

BambooHR feature I like the most is that the employees of the company can use it easily with much difficulty. Employees can see their details like payroll, attendance details, leaves status, leaving office timing, performance details without contacting HR again and again. Another feature I like about BambooHR is that it also has a strong built-in reporting system, and HR teams can easily generate reports to overview the performance of the employees without needing core IT skills.

The website layout is clear.

User friendliness, easy log in access, smooth interface

BambooHR is very useful for small enterprises, but when it comes to large enterprises where HR manages many complex and large workflows, BambooHR cannot provide the advanced customized modules due to its limitation. Another drawback of BambooHR is its integration with other platforms like multi-entry setups, which creates a tricky situation for the company over time.

The customer service is very robotic and with scripted answers. Might as well be calling a call center in the middle of Abu Dhabi, you will get the same answers. Call center cannot deviate from their scripted answers. You are on your own and you need to research the answers to your questions on their website.

Web design could be improved still. too simple.
