“Streamlined Employee Experience But Limited Reporting and Customization for Administrators”
Platform provides a sleek design and has a user-friendly interface for employees with onboarding, updating employee benefits, and personal data. As an analyst and administrator on the broker side, I find the need to request extra meetings/assistance with the direct HR administrators of all my clients on this platform. The limited reporting and lack of customization presents a frequent challenge. Requests for additional permissions are often required and the standard reports are too simplified with not much room for modification.
