BambooHR feature I like the most is that the employees of the company can use it easily with much difficulty. Employees can see their details like payroll, attendance details, leaves status, leaving office timing, performance details without contacting HR again and again. Another feature I like about BambooHR is that it also has a strong built-in reporting system, and HR teams can easily generate reports to overview the performance of the employees without needing core IT skills.
Building complex, multi-tiered approval workflows for customized internal processes can be overly rigid. If an operational process requires dynamic, conditional logic--such as routing a specific type of leave request through a matrixed management structure rather than a standard direct-report hierarchy--the native workflow engine often struggles to accommodate it without cumbersome workarounds.
