The UI for development is outstanding and gives a visual feedback for the developer what the process is. The licensing model (pooling) fits very well in the execution of bots.

The reaction time for e.g. needed documents for internal approvals is not very good.
It does take us significant effort to get new features that require us to upgrade versions, but SS&C is working on that with their nextgen features. There are some legacy parts of the platform that are frustrating, particularly the inability to rename processes or objects simply..
