for product, i would suggest improvement inclusion of new appraoch of conversion billing for service, i would have suggested to have comviva as L1 and 2 Support, not only L3
It needs support team help initially to setup.
1. Many parts of the product looks like a legacy product 2. Non availability of many standard APIs - hence need to develop them as CRs time to time
about the service, i dislike the fact of handing over L1 and L2 to a different vendor than Comviva
