Regarding my openion and my experience with Meta 4 people net , I think it is an integral software which serve the companies that have Over 500 Employees both global and local , So i noted about thelocation because meta it is able to provide its tools to global employees as if they were local as below for example : -Submitting daily routine requestes(Vacations , Advances , employment...etc) -The People recording on one system that is help to make more control easly of the people data base. -Addtion it is a safety system for employees personal data.

I use Cegid TalentSoft to manage annual professional and performance reviews. It also allows me to track company provided training as well as stay updated on company news. The tool also allows tracking of possible areas for personnal improvement recommanded during annual reviews.
