I have seen some of my coworkers being happy with this, but I am not, at all. I mean, it is too complicated after you log in on locating stuff, maybe I am old fashioned, but having to make any HR process over here is exhausting. Server is always down or in maintenance, or show some system error, or simply is not ver intuitive and always need an expert to help. I am really not into this, begging to have our old system back.

It has organizational structure tree, highly customizable and it even has a search bar to make it easy for you.

Well, I appreciate that you don't need to go to HR, but at what cost?

I really like the user interface, it is so easy to navigate.

It can only be accessed through intranet, it doesn't have a mobile app, you need to keep page opened otherwise it will close session.

Everything, always service is down and when you access it, the slowness kills it.

It is excellent that all of our processes were very optimized as soon as meta4 was implemented. We are now able to submit our permissions, vacations and even requests certificates over here. Really good, we can also access and confirm out payroll and even get a hard copy of it as it let us print it without issues if we needed for further requests. This is like making all HR things, here.

I really like the way that this was done by meta4. Paperless for everything, it no longer requires for you to take over those hundred of papers to do one single thing, but with a single click you can do millions of processes. Vacations, payroll, leaves, and even just for asking something, we have access to it. it is pretty easy to do it and interface is very intuitive, you don't get lost or anything. Excellent tool.

This was one of the best decisions that our company could have made. Automate all of the HR processes into a single tool and for us, without moving a single finger. Everything has been made easier, meta4 interface is very effortless to use and always strives to have everything very well organized and in the right places. We can even communicate with HR directly if anything arises or if we have an inquiry. Is preared for everything.

Paperless is always the best way to process everything, and meta4 has helped our company in doing so. Processing vacations, internal promotion, and all HR related stuff can be processed over there without even spending a single paper. Everything is easy to process and the interface is pretty intuitive, no need to go anywhere else to look for HR things, this is the one and only.
