The product ergonomy and design is really nice. What is also valuable is the synergy well set between all the modules (ie compensation, career and succession and learning). What really make a difference for mid size companies is that you can count on a full suit with modules that are already well developed (if not realize are done often) with a real flexibility in customization to feet existing process or with quite strong by default process that can easily be adopted by any organization. Also the back office administration of the tool is real easy, quick and flexible.
1) SaaS solution with multiple HR functions covered under one platform
Performance and goals management module is very easy to use and very clear to set up. Very intuitive and well designed user interface.
It's a growing up software suite so some modules are a bit incomplete and that brings customer to live some times with work around solution. If the general design is nice some modules miss some depth still in term of functionality. More complexity on key modules would be nice (like variable compensation or continuous conversation)
1) Technical capabilities are limiting the implementation timeline and overall operational usage/stability of the product 2) Limited integration capabilities - NO API or Web service capabilities 3) Weak SSO capabilities 4) Functional capabilities our at medium level of maturity
