I like how Chorus.ai records all my calls through Salesforce and Zoom Meetings so I can review them. Chorus even shows you when you were speaking and when the lead was speaking so you can skip to different parts of the conversation if needed. I like how I can listen to the calls of my colleagues to learn from their interactions with their leads. I like how you can pull up a call and on the right hand side there is a tab for comments. When you make a comment on a call it leaves a timestamp when you start typing, so you know what portion of the call someone is referencing.
Ability to capture calls and mark points of interest.
I like how simple the interface is in being able to filter through different types of calls so I can find and replay the exact call I'm looking for and get insights from them.
I don't like that the call recordings take a while to get uploaded from other systems like Salesforce and Zoom. Usually it takes a few hours before you can review it on Chorus. I don't like how hard it is for me to find specific calls I want to review. There is a search option but either I don't know what keywords to type or the system doesn't recognize them. I usually try to search by name on the salesforce lead record. I don't like trying to search up calls from other users outside my team. Sometimes we do call reviews for different members on the team and I find it difficult to search for a teammates list of calls they have recorded in chorus. There is a section that shows teammates on the bottom right. You have to scroll through till you find whose calls you want to see, but if I type another reps name in the search bar I don't usually see them come up.
Constantly not recording calls. Major integration issues. Lack of helpful insights when navigating issues. Many bugs and glitches only admins could fix. User interface and overall experience was poor.
There is one screen where I wasn't as sure if the filters were on there or not so I would recommend making it a bit more obvious but I overall really like this to house our calls. If there was anything else I would recommend it would be to make it easier to understand how to swap speakers (for example: if it states the speaker is X but really Y is speaking, then when Y speaks it marks it as X, I'm really not sure how to change it. I wish this was more simple/intuitive.)

Amazing tool to enable sales reps.
I like how it generates summaries at the end of every call with action items. This allows me to see what topics were discussed without needing to listen to the entire call.
