Using Cato Sase Cloud has made our network much simpler and more secure. Instead of managing multiple firewalls, VPN's and security tools. Everything is combined in one platform. Our users are whether in Head office, Branches or remotely connect easily and securely to the DC and Cloud workloads. The performance is stable, thanks to their strong backbone connectivity. and we have good visibility of who is using what. It’s easy to manage from a single unified dashboard, which saves us lots of time, but on the flip side, it still depends a lot on the Cato client for user access, so in some BYOD or guest cases it can be tricky. Overall it has reduced complexity, improved security, and made IT operations life easy for us and our end customers.Read all insights and reviews for Cato SASE Cloud

This tool works perfectly for me most of the time. I had some issues with the fact that the tunnel could die randomly, so I put in place a background task to check if the tunnel is still alive and reboot it otherwise. Furthermore, I would have loved to have connections that last a bit longer before timeout.Read all insights and reviews for Cloudflare One with Cloudflare Magic WAN

My overall experience has been positive. As part of the decision-making process my goal was to select a solution that offered a platform approach. We aimed to improve the user experience for our remote access users, by moving away from traditional VPNs. SASE emerged as a logical fit for achieving seamless integration & establishing a more secure posture for our hybrid workforce. Our evaluation criteria were focused on leveraging an existing technology vendor to avoid "best of breed sprawl" within our environment. Key considerations included the capabilities provided by the platform vendor, such as integration within our technology stack & with our endpoints. Most importantly, we sought a solution that offered a truly good user experience, where the majority of its capabilities were seamless for the end user. Key technology stakeholders, including Director of Networking, CISO, & CIO, were heavily involved in the decision. While there wasn't extensive business sponsorship for the selection itself, as the benefits are largely transparent when well-implemented, business engagement was crucial for testing. Our concerns revolved around cost & functionality. An outcome was the simplification of our environment by replacing legacy VPN technologies & reducing the complexity of endpoint clients. We sought the same benefits from networking & endpoint security that we would see from moving an application to a SaaS service, such as direct connections through a cloud provider. From an ROI perspective, it delivered value during my tenure as a user. The user experience saw improvement, & our technology posture was enhanced through the implementation of zero trust components. While directly quantifying monetary value was challenging, the solution did not significantly increase our budgets, which was a clear benefit. The technical value, however, was much easier to measure. Furthermore, the product scaled very well & aligned perfectly with our expectations for a cloud service. My overall experience with Netskope has been highly positive. From the outset, getting started with the product was quite easy, largely due to the support provided by both the vendor and their partner during onboarding. While we do not measure the product's value in isolation, it has been instrumental in improving our organization's security maturity. We leverage its implementation to cover specific KPIs and enhance our overall security maturity score. Netskope has also greatly enhanced our visibility into previously hidden aspects of our operations. It has helped us discover "shadow IT" operations that we lacked clear visibility into before its implementation. In my assessment, it is the most complete platform I have encountered in this domain. From an end-user perspective, a key indicator of a security solution's success is its transparency. When a security solution is completely transparent, and users do not experience issues or voice complaints, it signifies that the platform is performing exceptionally well and achieving its objectives while meeting initial requirements. I emphasize this because of very negative past experiences with other products and platforms. Prior to migrating to Netskope, we had a competitive product that we had to almost entirely disable for our users due to an overwhelming number of complaints. This stark contrast highlights Netskope's effectiveness. Regarding actionable insights and analytics, we engage in monthly discussions with the partner supporting the vendor. These sessions are crucial for reviewing existing policies and identifying opportunities to improve the platform's efficiency and capabilities. Furthermore, the threat protection level offered, including malware protection, is among the best available in the market. We have encountered performance issues approximately one to two times per year, but these have been swiftly resolved. Once a support ticket is raised, issues are typically resolved within two hours.Read all insights and reviews for Netskope One SASE with Netskope One SD-WAN
